Having lived in Denver, Colorado my entire life, I have a great appreciation for the gifts of each day. I have a teenage son, a husband, a Rottweiler named Ryder, a rescue pup named Ava, and backyard chickens. I live for the Colorado Avalanche season each year and love being in the sun! I am a morning person and I thrive on a good challenge.

Friends and family members rely on me to be the energetic, positive supporter who will also hold them accountable and encourage personal growth. Nothing makes me happier than when a friend challenges me to shift my views or a family member pushes me to evaluate my ability to be better. I strive to be an example for those around me, especially my son!

I graduated high school in Aurora, Colorado, subsequently earned a bachelor's degree in criminal justice, as well as a master's degree in elementary education. I have worked in family law since 2011 and enjoy the challenges that family law brings, though my passion is in seeing the transformation in individual people who learn to own reality, focus on themselves, and make the best choices for their future and the futures of their children. My coaching philosophy is based on my belief in the law of attraction and I strive to conduct my own life through this philosophy each day, knowing that being the best me will pay dividends tenfold!
